"Rangmann" Theatre ProjectWe are excited to announce that we are partnering with Headspace Knox and Shakti Mental Health to deliver a Youth Theatre Workshop series this May. It’s free (literally and figuratively!) for you to join if you are 18+ (yes, youth of all ages are welcome) and identify as being of Indian‑Australian heritage. Details and link to join below.
Colours of the Mind – Youth Theatre Workshops
We invite you to join a theatre-based workshop series designed to support open, respectful conversations about youth mental health. Through guided storytelling and creative activities, we’ll explore how we can better understand and support young people’s wellbeing in a safe and inclusive space. No theatre experience needed.
🗓 When: Saturdays in May (2 May – 30 May 2026)
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 2:30pm
📍 Where: Southern Community Centre, 27 Rupert Drive, Mulgrave
Lunch is provided at every session.
Who can join?
• People aged 18+
• Individuals who identify as having Indian Australian heritage, or who work in roles supporting this community.
Please note: These workshops are not therapeutic sessions. They are a creative way to learn together, share ideas and reshape conversations around youth mental health.
