We are hosting a workout to support the Indiana County Humane Society. All proceeds will benefit the shelter. We are asking for a $10 donation per person.
The workout will take place during every CrossFit Class time on Friday February 14th.
It will be a partner style workout which we will release soon. Pick your workout bestie, attend class together, and throwdown to benefit animals in need.
If you bring any type of dog/cat food, treats, cleaning supplies, or other possible needs of the shelter, you'll be entered in Giveaway #4 for the year.
We can't wait to support this great cause and do our part in helping the Humane Society. <3
