Come to our event "Pilates for the Cure" Thursday, October 23, at 7:00 p.m.
607 South Friendswood Drive - Suite 21, Friendswood, TX 77546.

We will alternate group workouts with Dona and Kami. One group will do Barre and another Reformer in interval sequences.
Get your heart pumping and your body toned with alternating flows of Reformer and Barre.
This is a donation based class. suggested donation is $25.00).
All proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
Stay for our raffle basket drawing and light refreshments.
