This class will be 60 minutes total in length. Please arrive by 6:00pm, the first 15 minutes we will interact with the cats in the lounge and prepare for a 30-minute LIGHT gentle yoga led by Jessie Burchette followed by 15 more minutes. Why do yoga with cats? Cats are known for being yogis. It can help you to practice mindfulness, body awareness & inner calm and you both to feel relaxed. Plus, they enjoy the company of humans & socialization.
No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a mat if you have one. If you don't no worries, we will have a few available.
