"Pass The Mic" | Ripe Poetry Tour | Millersville
About this Event
Join us on Friday, September 11th for a night of spoken word poetry. The night begins with an open mic for other local artists to join the list, followed by our local spotlight artist Jon Bolds, and concludes with a Featured Poetry Set featuring the Ripe Poetry Team.
The event will take place at The Well Church in Millersville, PA. Doors open promptly at 6:30 PM. The event is completely free to attend but guests can support the artists through purchasing a "But The Poets Aint' Free" donation-based ticket or by donating directly to our non-profit through the Ripe Creatives website.
About the Tour:
The Ripe Poetry team of Greg Snow, Sergine, AVG, Jake Doggett, MissSpoken Poet, & Scott Smith are joining forces to put together their second "Pass The Mic" Ripe poetry tour. The goal is not only to "pass the mic" to one another but also to you as the audience.
Collectively the individuals within the Ripe Poetry team have performed over 300 times nationally on platforms including Voices In Power, BusBoys and Poets, Write About Now, WEGOLIVE, Words Wings and Wine, the Nuyorican Poets Cafe and ORACLES.
