This is WellsviewCare's "NEW!" Wednesday Evening "ON FLOURISHING" Series. Meet Venetia, Dr. Kate, and other practitioners at the Center every other Wednesday Evening in Spring 2025! 5:30PM - 7:30PM. Led by Venetia and Dr. Kate.

We live busy lives with full schedules and are continuously on the go. Our constant engagement can overload our system, and we can feel energetically depleted. Come join us at Wellsview for relaxation and connection while learning new strategies to cope with stress, break free of binding tensions, and improve relationships.
- Learn to relax your body and strengthen your mind-body connection.
- Identify and understand how your communication style is impacting your relationships.
- Grow self-awareness about how you usually communicate, and learn new ways to overcome 'messaging roadblocks,' so to practice better ways of communicating.
- Explore how your habits influence your well-being. What needs to change? Let’s set actionable steps to reach those goals.
These biweekly workshops are designed for those with an ongoing self-care routine, and anyone new to the practice of self-care.
Let us come together to share, uplift and be in community with each other. Aligning with nature's five elements, collectively, we support our mind-body connection. Together we find ways to reset and enjoy greater inner peace (over grief), confidence (over fear), creative expression (over frustration), joy (over sadness), and abundance (over scarcity).
