Arrivals - 5-6pm Friday 8th November 2024
Full board including:
Friday dinner
Saturday and Sunday breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks
Monday breakfast
Bedding and bath towels provided
A full programme of optional activities and free time including some, and possibly all of the following:
-Fire circle,
-yoga,
-creative sessions,
-meditation,
-cold water swimming,
-forest bathing,
- theme for the weekend and main activity to be decided
- possible breath work session
-opportunities for journalling..
Departures 9:30am Monday 11th
