"Like and Subscribe" - Reading Creators Meetup

Sponsored by Reading's Economy and Destination Agency and the Reading Tech Cluster, this event held on the the top floor of the spectacular new One Station Hill building brings together Reading's social media creators to figure out what we need to have in Reading to support us and to share our recommendations with the people who matter and who can make a difference to support us in Reading and the surrounding area.
Come along - meet other local creators, tell us what Reading needs in order to be the best possible place to be a creator. A fast-moving 2-hour workshop with other creators and facilitated by the amazing Jola Aderemi-Makinde.

Info: A casual start - arrive any time in this slot, meet the team, have a coffee and get to meet the people at Reading's Economy and Destination Agency. But make sure you're here before 10am when it all kicks off.

Info: Each creator has a 2-minute slot to present themselves to the group and share what they think Reading needs to have in place to make it the best place to be a creator.

Info: Creators now work in groups - creators choose a group to join to drill down on details. The groups depend upon the outcomes from the first slot and could include anything from getting easier access to equipment, to training, to event spaces, support technicians, financial support, better data and Wifi, mentoring from role models, tips and tricks sharing, co-working spaces and more.

Info: We will take group pics, do interviews, hang out and snack on a lovely Station Hill buffet while enjoying the awesome top-floor views of the greatest town in the UK.
