About this Event

Join the Georgetown Art Center in welcoming artists Heidi Lowell and Catherine Richardson for an in-depth discussion about their Land...ing exhibit. This is a free event taking place during normal business hours and is open to all ages.

"Land…ing: Geology of Place” brings together the work of two distinct artistic voices united by their profound engagement with landforms and the places we inhabit. Through each of their individual approaches to exploring geological time, landscape formation, and our human relationship to place, these artists reveal how the ground beneath our feet holds both ancient histories and contemporary meaning, inviting viewers to delve deeper into their connection to the physical world around them."
