DETAILS:

• DATE: Friday, November 29th, 2024
• TIME: 4:00-8:00 P.M. (General Admission - doors open at 4, Early Access Pass - doors open at 3:15 P.M)
• LOCATION: Edwardsville YMCA Meyer Center
• TICKETS: $10 per person; AGES 2 AND UNDER FREE (PLEASE NOTE: PRICES INCREASE TO $15 AT THE DOOR SO GET YOUR TICKETS TODAY!)
• Ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• REFUNDS: Please note, due to the nature of this event, we CANNOT offer refunds.
• PARKING: Feel free to park anywhere in the YMCA lot. (Please Note: do not park in the street or in the grass)

EARLY ACCESS PASS DETAILS!

Get to experience the fun earlier with fewer guests by purchasing the Early Access Pass.

• COST: $15
• DETAILS: Guests who purchase the EARLY ACCESS PASS can get into the event as early as 3:15 PM and stay as late as 8 PM. All activities will be open and ready for guests to enjoy except roller skating and character meet & greets. Be first in line for roller skating and characters at 4:00!
• This pass is only available for pre-purchase up until the day before the event and is limited to 200 ticket holders.

ACTIVITIES (Please note, all ticket holders have access to ALL of the activities featured below at NO additional cost from 4:00 - 8:00PM!):

• Bounce Houses & Obstacles Courses
• Roller Skating
• Meet and Greet with Santa & Mrs. Claus!
• Meet and Greet with Princesses (Brittain's Princess Parties)!
• Face Painting (Glitter Faces)
• Arts & Crafts
• Large Games
• Scavenger Hunt
• Raffle (get tickets by participating in activites)

EXTRAS!

• Take a break from the activity and grab a meal or snack from our concessions.
• Get a chance to win an item form our SILENT AUCTION. Winners will be contacted at the end of the event.
• CEO students are busy planning additional activities and details for your family to enjoy throughout our event. Check back often to read updates for what holiday fun is in store!

COMMUNITY GIVE BACK!

• Cansgiving: Edwardsville CEO is partnering with the Glen Ed Food Pantry to bring food to families in need.
• Please bring non-perishable foods such as: hearty soup, chili, SPAM, canned chicken, canned fruit, manwhich, and canned spaghetti sauce
• Donations will be located by the check-in
• Please note: for every 5 cans you donate during our event earns you one free raffle ticket!

ABOUT CEO:

Edwardsville CEO is a non-profit and community-funded program for 26 high school seniors from three local schools: Edwardsville High School, Father McGivney Catholic High School, and Metro East Lutheran High School. This program was created to give students a "hands-on" experience in the business world and create partnerships throughout the community.

"Jumpstart to Joy" - Winter Wonderland Edition is the class of 2025 business venture and has been entirely planned and executed by the 26 CEO students! Profit generated from the class venture will go back to students to help kickstart the individual businesses they will launch 2nd semester and will greatly benefit this 501c3 nonprofit organization!
