In Her Femininity — Silhouette Pilates x Scarlett Rose 🥀🖤
Celebrate International Women’s Day with a unique, energising Pilates experience designed to honour women’s strength, connection, and confidence.
Join Silhouette Pilates x Scarlett Rose for a 60-minute elevated Pilates session, blending heat, flow, and intentional movement in a supportive, women-only space.
Led by two fully qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructors, this session is designed to challenge your body, engage your core and leave you feeling aligned and empowered. Move with Scarlett on the Mat for an energising sweat, and flow on the Reformer with Isley for a full-body session that builds strength, focus, and balance.
The experience includes:
❤️🔥 30-minute Hot Mat Sculpt
🤸🏾♂️ 30-minute Dynamic Reformer Flow
⏱ 60-minute session in total
This session will be challenging yet empowering, with guidance provided throughout.
More than just a class, this is a space to move, connect, and take up space unapologetically alongside like-minded women.
