Wholesaling. When it comes to real estate investing, the easiest way to get started is wholesaling. Why? Because you don’t need any money, you don’t need any credit, and you earn your profits within days (not months). Second, you’re not actually taking title to the property, so you avoid all the risks. With wholesaling (aka “assignments”), you’re simply get a property under contract and then sell the contract (not the property) to another investor. If this sounds good, then you need to attend our January LAC-REIA meeting because we have the #1 authority on wholesaling.

Special Guest Speaker. Our guest speaker will be Daniel Tremello, the man who invented wholesaling. Well, not really, but he makes it easy to understand and implement. Visting us from San Diego, Daniel is a master at wholesaling, having completed hundreds of wholesale deals. With Daniel, you will learn how to find real estate "deals," how to structure the deals, and how to wholesale them to other investors, sending your real estate career into overdrive! During Daniel’s presentation, you will learn how to:

+ Find deals to wholesale

+ Structure the deals

+ Calculate your profit margins

+ Find buyers (i.e. other investors) for your wholesale deals

+ Make the deals profitable

Free Admission: Admission to our meetings is always FREE (complimentary), but reservations are recommended.

Parking: Parking: Metered street parking. Plus, there are also two FREE parking structures just two blocks away. The first structure is at the northeast corner of Motor and Palms. The second structure is at the northeast corner of Motor and National. From either lot it’s short two block walk to the Iman. Plus, there is a valet parking at the Iman parking lot.
