Most of us, most of the time, are not choosing joy, and December sure can be challenging. Using Swami Premodaya’s wisdom work and unique methods, we will discuss joy and how to actively choose joy over suffering.
Facilitators: Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
