"Happy Hour with the Birds"

Back by popular demand! Local photographer and bird enthusiast Tori Martel returns with a "Happy Hour with the Birds" presentation on Friday, September 25th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Tori's "Coffee with the Birds" back in May was a huge success and we are thrilled to have her back! Tori is affiliated with the Muskegon Birding Connection.
Tori will share tips on how to get started in bird watching as a hobby, equipment needed, reference materials and more! She will then lead the group out from the pavilion and walk the Preserve to look for birds! Learn what to look for, listen for and how to photograph birds in the wild.
Since this event is in the evening, we are going to have mocktails featuring locally sourced elderberry spritzers (non alcoholic) instead of coffee.
The event will be held in Ron Brown Education Pavilion.
