What do we do with all the external chaos?? How can we (personally) cope during this introspective period? Go in. Go in. That's where we start.
I am very excited to announce another round of Wayne's 6 part meditation series! It will be lead by Wayne Begin, a practioner that has practiced many years of Huna (google it) of which he studied in Hawaii. He has been into meditation since his early 20's and expanded into multiple forms of meditation styles in pursuit of his own self discovery and consciousness. So we will be in seasoned hands for each session!
It will be a 6 part series, for beginners or the more advanced. The sessions will build on each other and will be held on a Wednesday evening for one hour, once a month. The meditation dates are all pre-set for scheduling ease. ❤️ 1/21, 2/18, 3/25, 4/15, 5/20, and 6/17.
These sessions are individually designed to help bring balance/clarity/harmony/mindfulness/love for yourself, from within. $25 per class. PM or comment on this post to join. Limited seats available.
