"Gatherings" Cookbook Dinner

If you love vegetables you won’t want to miss the next cookbook dinner at The Cozy Castle.

The book is authored by one of my favorite food enthusiasts, Erin Gleason and is entitled Gatherings. The meal is all fresh, vegetarian cuisine and is inspired by the summer season.

We will enjoy cucumber melon sangria, strawberry caprese kebabs, zucchini frittata, orzo black bean salad along with brie crostini and pomegranate.

For dessert we will indulge in Erin’s 3 ingredient brown sugar cookies.

Each attendees will pack up a few garden fresh vegetables to enjoy at home.
