Hey Volleyball Friends. NRG is hosting another Friday 4's league this Spring and would like to invite you to join the fun. We have limited space so sign up today.
📍 Location: Spartan Recreation Center
202 NE 185th St.
Shoreline, WA 98155
🏐 Format: Indoor Reverse COED 4's (aiming for BB+ level). 12 teams will battle for 1st place in Gold and Silver Divisions!
🗓️ Dates: Fridays starting 4/4/25 to 5/23/25
6 weeks regular season, 1 week of playoffs for each upper and lower brackets.
⏰ Time: 1.25 hr sessions (15 min warmup included)
6:00pm - 7:30pm
7:30pm - 9:00pm
9:00pm - 10:30pm
(aiming for BB+ level)
