PASTOR BOLA ADEPOJU - WOMAN ON PURPOSE (CONFERENCE HOST)
Pastor Bola Adepoju is the founder and visionary of Woman on Purpose, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering female youth, young adults, and women to become agents of positive change in their communities. With a heart for inclusivity, she is called to raise and nurture women across generations, cultures, and backgrounds, amplifying their voices for impact within and beyond the Church.
A passionate advocate for women, Pastor Bola ministers through radio, television, and digital platforms, inspiring others to discover their God-given potential. She leads several impactful initiatives, including Project R.E.A.C.H., youth and women empowerment conferences, prayer summits, devotionals, and outreach programs serving both local communities and Northern Nigeria.
An accomplished author of nine books, her latest work, Glory in the Wilderness, shares her powerful testimony of faith through adversity. Her latest release, Out of the Shadows, published in March, inspired by the story of Esther and the untold stories of the girls who were'nt chosen because been overlooked doesn't mean you are unworthy, it only means God is redirecting you towards something greater. Pastor Bola holds degrees from Spelman College and Atlanta University and is happily married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, with whom she shares a blessed family.
Her life motto echoes this sentiment, "There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person who can stop you is YOU!"
Pastor Victoria Burse, PhD, ARC Int'l. Min
Victoria L. Burse is the Pastor of the ARC International Ministries, and Executive Director of the ARC Inc–the Premier school for Christian leaders in the church and in the marketplace. They are located in Stockbridge, GA. An ordained Pastor/Teacher, a Leadership Catalyst, International Speaker, Mentor, Entrepreneur, and a prolific Author of three books, "Who Moved My Pulpit? Who Moved My Pew?", "Sabbath Songs" and "Destination Destiny." Victoria's heart for her Kingdom work is "That the man[man, women, child] of God may be competent, equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:17.
As Founder and Senior Pastor of the ARC International Ministries, which is comprised of a Worship Center and a School for Christian leaders in the church and in the marketplace, Victoria teaches Biblical principles of Leadership, Personal Development, and Change. Near and dear to her heart are these ingredients she believes to be the keys to a Prosperous life in every area, and the God-given recipe for Growth and Transformation.
Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Luther Rice College and Seminary. She has been honored for her ministry, leadership, and entrepreneurial accomplishments by the Sisters Empowerment Network of Atlanta and Who in Black Atlanta and has consulted on numerous projects with organizations such as the U.S Department of Health and Human Services: Office of Community Service, Washington, DC and the Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, GA.
Victoria currently offers Mentorship and Coaching to Women in Leadership through her business, Intuitions, and she hosts a weekly Podcast, A Relevant Word – which can be streamed and downloaded across all the major outlets. She has also had the honor of being a co-host on TV57 Atlanta Live Television Broadcast. In addition to leading the ARC – she currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Go Ye Therefore Outreach Ministries, and The Elect Lady Ministry and she mentors executive and senior level women in Business and Ministry in the areas of Vision, Strategy, and Planning. She is married to Pastor Forest D. Burse for 30+ years and resides in Stockbridge Georgia.
Patricia Marsh. MD, Ask Me Your MD, Inc.
Patricia Kelly Marsh, MD, is an Atlanta native and the CEO and Co-Founder of Ask Me Your MD, Inc., a telechat platform connecting patients to licensed physicians for real-time care. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Morehouse School of Medicine and as Chief Medical Officer and Principal Investigator for Randomize Now. Previously, she chaired the Health Committee of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter.
A board-certified Family Medicine physician-scientist, Dr. Marsh has published several research articles. Athletically active throughout her life, she was a nationally ranked collegiate badminton player and continues to run 5K and 10K races. She earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Tinuke Fawole, Esq., Optimum Families
Tinuke Fawole is a grateful daughter of God, living each day as a testimony to His grace and mercy. She is deeply passionate about strengthening family relationships and helping women build homes filled with peace, connection, and lasting love. Tinuke has a special calling to support mothers and wives in navigating the cultural and generational gaps between parents and children—so they can raise confident, grounded children while maintaining strong, healthy family bonds.
Through her life's journey—including seasons of challenge, growth, and victory—Tinuke has come to deeply understand the healing and redemptive power of God. She now pours that wisdom into other women, equipping them with practical tools, mentorship, and encouragement to overcome life's pressures and thrive in their faith, purpose, and relationships.
Her guiding scripture is: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
Tinuke has been joyfully married to her college sweetheart, Alaba, for 40 years. Together, they are blessed with four wonderful children, two amazing sons-in-love, and three precious grandchildren (with more to come, in Jesus name).
She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, and inspiring women to find hope, strength, and identity in Christ.
Amulen-Lataf Wirsiy, Always Moving Purposefully, LLC - ZUMBA
Amulen-Lalaf Wirsiy, MPA, found her first job in high school as a Zumba Instructor for Tadda’s Fitness Camp. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Salem High School, Amulen entered Kennesaw State University as a member of the school’s athletic dance team, The Flight Squad. After her tenure as a student athlete, Amulen became a Resident Assistant and a Group Exercise Instructor for KSU for 3 years. During her final span of college, Amulen served as the Executive Director’s Intern at Aid Atlanta and the Group Lead for KSU’s Recreation Center.
Amulen completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education in 2018, and headed to the Virgin Islands to serve as the territory’s Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention and Surveillance Coordinator for the USVI Department of Health. Amulen maintained her relationship with prevention education via livestream classes and graduate studies amid the pandemic.
In 2021, she completed her Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Always Moving Purposefully, LLC. a fitness and wellness business mobilizing programs with a priority population of people from the African diaspora, was launched in 2022 as Amulen’s first business.
Today, Amulen works for the CDC Foundation’s Overdose Response Strategy; partnering with community agencies and organizations to provide prevention education programs, coordinate professional and community research in behavioral health activities, and assist in developing the overdose continuum of care in the Virgin Islands.
