"Everybody to Kenmure Street" Screening

Join us for a special screening of Everybody to Kenmure Street, the documentary about the 2021 immigration raid in Pollokshields that sparked an eight-hour community stand-off.

Hosted by BBC presenter Sarah MacMullan, who reported on the day of the protest, the screening will be followed by a live Q&A with residents who took part, including Tabassum ‘Tab’ Niamat, whose live-streamed footage and testimony form a central part of the film.

The film, which opened the Glasgow Film Festival last week and recently won the Special Jury Award for Civil Resistance at the Sundance Film Festival, will be screened at The Social Hub Glasgow in collaboration with Scottish distributor Conic.
