For the food pairing event, Bill DeBoeur from Brown Dog Catering will be preparing four classic summer recipes. This special menu will be accompanied by a large wine flight. Cost is $45/pp. Reservation are available form 12:00-2:30pm for a 1 1/2 hour seating. The pairings are as follows:
Chilled Corn Chowder paired with Riesling
Turkey Zucchini Sliders paired with Tailgate Red
Summer Succotash paired with Nittany Mountain Blush
Peach Cobbler paired with Moscato
