"Eight Limbs of Yoga Workshop Meditation"

We invite you to join us for our wonderful workshop: "The Eight Limbs of Yoga"

Join us at the Mehta Metaphysical Center for our wonderful workshop and gain understanding of "The Eight Limbs of Yoga". This is a beautiful learning opportunity with our founder Vipin Mehta. This enlighting event is not just for the Yogi, and we will not practice any poses. After the workshop, we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Following lunch, we will gather in one of our temples created in the spirit of love and peace that will take place in our very own Crystal Temple of Global Healing.

Vipin Mehta, our beloved founder and experienced Metaphysician, will inspire us all with his wisdom. Amy, our phenomenal Sound&Energy Guide will help us enter into a meditative state of mind with her melodic crystal singing bowls. Then, we will enjoy the beautiful guided meditation.

After the Meditation, everyone will enjoy refreshments, a tour of the Mehta Metaphysical Center, and meet with a few of the Center's Guides who may be in attendance.
