"Echoes of Sarasota" exhibit docent-led tour at the Van Wezel

Free docent-led tours of the “Echoes of Sarasota” Cultural Heritage Exhibit are available to the community through the City’s Public Art Program!
Monthly tours are planned at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and City Hall on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to noon through spring 2027, offering opportunities to learn about local history reflected in the captivating artwork at each location.
Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, 777 N. Tamiami Trail: Nov. 17, Dec. 15, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, March 16, and April 20.
City Hall, 1565 1st St.: Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2, March 2, April 6, and May 4.
The Cultural Heritage Exhibit installation is presented in partnership with Thomsen Fine Art, and supporting pieces are provided by Arts Advocates.
