Love Din Tai Fung's famous spicy wontons? Join us for a hands-on Spicy Wontons Class in collaboration with The Poke Express, inspired by one of Din Tai Fung's most popular dishes!
This beginner-friendly class will walk you through making your own wontons and spicy chili sauce from scratch. You'll cook everything right at the studio, then sit back and enjoy what you made. No previous experience needed!
What is included for $50
🥟 Tools and ingredients to make 12 pork and shrimp wontons
🔥 Cook your wontons on site
🌶️ Make your own savory, spicy chili sauce from scratch
🥒 Enjoy cucumber salad as an appetizer
📱 Digital recipe cards for everything made in class
🍷 Corks and Strokes is BYOB friendly, so guests 21 and older are welcome to bring wine, champagne, beer, or other favorite beverages to enjoy during the event.

🚗 Parking and entrance are behind the building. Enter from 28th Street near Rosemary's Creamery, look for the Westchester Promenade Building about halfway down the row, and enter through the opening next to the Crosstown Taxes sign.
🕒 Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to get settled in before class begins.
🎉 Seating is limited, so save your seat and get ready for a delicious night of hands-on fun!
