Dreams are a portal of wisdom and knowledge, that give insight to our inner feelings, guidance, fears and more.

When you learn how to recognize when you are dreaming, you have a choice to just let the dream flow as it comes in, or change it up yourself via lucid awareness.

There is nothing wrong with allowing the natural flow whatsoever, but it can be beneficial to step into your dream state and change your dream, and become the dream weaver!

Whether you are trying to work on a project, emotional healing, monetary success, the theme doesn't really matter, there are no limits to what we dream about and therefore there are no limits as to when we can step in and begin to release any anxieties, worries, fears etc. and clear them via our dreams.

Learning to do lucid dreaming not only effects your dream state but effects your life. Resolving issues within our minds that show themselves through dreams, can mean the difference between seeing a dream as a nightmare vs a healing opportunity.

Rather then having a dragon come and chase you down, why not become the dragon in your dream instead, and fly!
