Fridays are for fresh starts. In this sacred morning class, we’ll gather in community to cleanse, release, and reclaim through a different rootwork-based ritual each week. These are the same kinds of practices our ancestors used to shake off heavy energy, stay spiritually protected, and keep their power intact.

Each class features a guided, hands-on cleansing rite drawn from African-American folk magic and Southern conjure. You’ll learn the purpose and history of each ritual while actively participating in your own spiritual reset.

Some of the rotating rituals include:

• 🧼 Florida Water Foot Wash for clearing and refreshing your path
• 🧂 Salt & Vinegar Floor Sweep to remove stagnant or harmful energy
• 🔥 Charcoal & Resin Smoked Cleanse with herbs like camphor, rue, and pine
• 🥚 Egg Cleanse (Limpia-style) to pull spiritual residue off the body
• 🧱 Red Brick Dust + Protection Workings to lay spiritual boundaries
• 🕯 Psalm + Candle Rituals for breaking, blessing, and sealing

Each class is a little different—but always leaves you lighter, stronger, and more spiritually aligned. You’ll walk away with practical tools you can use at home and a deeper connection to the ancestral practices that keep you rooted and protected.
