Roger Ketchum:
Recognized and named as the 2023 “Investor-of-the-Year: Top-Producer Category” by the nationwide firm, Connected Investors! In 2004, he was featured in a book,” How to Be a QuickTurn Real Estate Millionaire”, written by national Lecturer, Teacher, & Author; Ron Legrand. He has also had the privilege of speaking at National Events with his personal mentor, Lou Brown; Lecturer, Teacher, & Author. He received regional notoriety in Tyler, Texas for his work in establishing a new site for “Willow Bend Center” a 52-Bed Boys Home funded by the Texas Department of Family Services. Willow Bend is home to over 50 abused children, all minors, all wards of the State of Texas. In connection with that project, he was featured in regional newsprint and on the CBS evening news for creating over 40-jobs, giving back to the community, and serving the greater good. He has served as a Lobbyist in Washington DC on behalf of the Seller-Finance Coalition, working directly with Speaker-of-the-House, Mike Johnson. Roger has made multiple appearances on a regionally broadcast TV program, “Loving Living Local,” where he shares insights into the various components of his business model. The show features small business owners across America making a difference in the local economy/community. He is the owner and operator of several companies including a Private Equity Firm, a Trust Company, and other operational LLC’s offering various consulting and educational services. Finally, by systematizing his business, he has replicated his model in remote markets through a Joint-Venture Arrangement. He now operates in multiple markets across several states.
