Can you imagine living as if the very core of your being was sacred?
Join Marybeth Truran, LMHC of Harbor Healing Arts and Ellyn Dent, RN of Ray of Light Health for their 5th of a 6-month women’s journey to the Sacred Self.
Explore healing practices including sound and art therapy, as well as Reiki, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness, Jungian Depth and Ecopsychology. Attend one or all, jump in anytime, let your vibe attract your tribe!
Gain self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills.
Learn how to stand up for your beliefs and challenge the status quo.
Tackle your fears in a safe space, while learning to manage vulnerability and improve self care.
Workshops take place once-monthly from November through April from 12 – 4:30'ish pm in The Healing Sanctuary, across the hall from Ray Of Light Health upstairs in the Wellness Wing at 1 Trowbridge Rd, Bourne, MA.
Exchange: $150
