Carroll Republican Victory invites you to January's "Connections" monthly social on Tuesday, January 20th at Johanssons in Westminster at 7 p.m.Our guest speaker is Carroll County’s Director of Management and Budget, Ted Zaleski. The Commissioners will soon start to work on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 budget and Mr. Zaleski will give us an early preview on what we can expect to see.
