"Come Back to You"
A 2-Day Workshop for Codependency Recovery — Through Horses.
For many of us, relationships can become places where we slowly lose ourselves.
We can over-give.
We can people-please.
We can carry responsibilities and emotions that aren’t ours.
We may fear saying no.
We may fear being alone.
We may fear not being enough.
And in the process, we may self-abandon — often without even realizing it.
"Come Back to You" is a gentle, powerful two-day workshop designed to help you recognise and begin breaking free from codependent patterns in romantic, parent-child, social, and professional relationships.
This workshop weaves together:
Lived experience of codependency recovery
Time with horses as supportive, honest mirrors
Reiki and grounding practices
Meditation and reflective exercises
Practical tools for boundaries and healthier relating
Time in nature for integration and clarity
Horses have an extraordinary way of bringing us back into our bodies, into truth, and into choice. In their presence, we can begin to understand what is ours to carry — and what is not.
You will explore:
Where you may be self-abandoning
The roots of fear of abandonment or rejection
Why saying “no” can feel unsafe
How to separate your feelings and responsibilities from others’
How to begin caring for yourself in ways you may only have offered to others
This is about learning to relate from wholeness — not fear.
About discovering that your needs matter.
About creating a life that feels peaceful, enjoyable, and genuinely yours.

These workshops are being offered once a month from April to August, with a deeper 4-day optional immersion in September.
Completion of one 2-day workshop is required before attending the 4-day.
Spaces are intentionally limited to ensure safety, depth, and personal support.
