In saying that please join me at 6.30pm on Saturday, 22nd.
“A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound and simple mindfulness techniques to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to the mind and body,”
It is an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, where you unplug from external stimuli and focus on what’s going on within you.
Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel

You will be lying for an hour, so please dress warm and comfortable.
