On November 19th, we welcome our students in our kids classes to bring 1 love one onto the mats to do a class with them!
This is a great way for students to be able "to teach" their love one during class and give them the confidence that they can do so!
It is also a great experience and opportunity to bond and do something that your child loves. Sharing a hobby with someone they love gives them a sense of being seen, heard and overall boost of confidence and self assurance.
The class will be fun, and nothing love ones should be unsure they can get through! You got this.
Love ones to wear comfortable workout clothes for the session.
