"Break Up" With Autopilot

Join us for an exciting collaboration between Indepth Physical Therapy and Self-Care Social Hour as we host an interactive and reflective workshop for women who are busy, burnt out, or just need a minute to themselves!

The event will be a mix of conversation and meditative/journaling experiences. We will look at why our needs often get silenced and realistic ways to connect with ourselves. Participants will walk away with a workbook, goodie bag, and feeling refreshed and reconnected!

We aim to provide a vibe that’s relaxed get-together meets a splash of therapeutic goodness.
