🌸 Κυριακή 13/4, στο Yeelen 🎶
Η Άνοιξη φέρνει μαζί της τη δύναμη της αναγέννησης και της σύνδεσης 🌱💫. Αυτή την Κυριακή 13/4, σας προσκαλούμε στο Ecstatic Dance με τίτλο "Blooming Rhythms, A Dance of Rebirth & Connection", για μια μοναδική εμπειρία χορού και μουσικής 💃🕺 που θα ενώνει το σώμα, το πνεύμα και την ενέργεια ✨.
Η Veechi Shahi θα μας καθοδηγήσει με διαλογισμούς 🧘‍♀️ από το Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, ενσωματώνοντας τις δυνάμεις του Σίβα και της Σάκτι 🔱, για να ανοίξουμε τον χώρο σε ισορροπία και αρμονία ⚖️. Στη συνέχεια, με τη μουσική του DJ Junior X 🎧, θα παραδοθούμε στον ελεύθερο χορό 💃, αφήνοντας τον ρυθμό να μας καθοδηγήσει.
Η Μαριάννα Τσαγκαράκη, μέσω της προσέγγισης "Διάφανο Σώμα" 👤, θα μας προσκαλέσει να ανακαλύψουμε τον προσωπικό μας χορό 🕺 και να εκφραστούμε αυθόρμητα, ακούγοντας τα ερεθίσματα του σώματος και του περιβάλλοντος 🌿. Με αφετηρία την αναγέννηση της Άνοιξης 🌸, οι συμμετέχοντες θα μεταμορφωθούν από σπόρο σε λουλούδι 🌱➡️🌷, αφήνοντας την ενέργεια τους να ανθίσει και να εκφραστεί μέσα από τον χορό.
Η εκδήλωση αυτή θα είναι ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή 🎉, καθώς θα γιορτάσουμε τα γενέθλια 🎂 του DJ Junior X, μαζί με την απίστευτη παρουσία του και την καταπληκτική μουσική 🎶 που μοιράζεται μαζί μας, καθοδηγώντας μας σε κάθε κύκλο 🔄.

🕕 18:00 – 18:30: Άνοιγμα κύκλου, Επίκληση και ενσωμάτωση των ενεργειών του Σίβα και της Σάκτι μέσω διαλογισμών από το Βιτζιάν Μπαϊράβα Τάντρα, με τη Veechi Shahi 🧘‍♀️
🕡 18:30 – 20:30: Εκστατικός χορός με το DJ set του Junior X 🎶
🕣 20:30 – 21:00: Κλείσιμο κύκλου, "Διάφανο Σώμα" - Διαλογιστική κίνηση, με τη Μαριάννα Τσαγκαράκη 💃🧘‍♀️
🕔 21:00 – 21:10: Μοίρασμα 🤝
🕠 21:10 – 21:30: Αποχώρηση 🚶‍♂️

🌸 Sunday, April 13th, at Yeelen 🎶
Spring brings with it the power of rebirth and connection 🌱💫. On Sunday, April 13th, we invite you to join us for Ecstatic Dance titled "Blooming Rhythms, A Dance of Rebirth & Connection," for a unique experience of dance and music 💃🕺 that will unite the body, mind, and energy ✨.
Veechi Shahi will guide us through meditations 🧘‍♀️ from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, incorporating the energies of Shiva and Shakti 🔱, to open the space in balance and harmony ⚖️. Following this, with the music of DJ Junior X 🎧, we will surrender to the free dance 💃, letting the rhythm guide us.
Mariana Tsagkaraki, through the "Transparent Body" approach 👤, will invite us to discover our personal dance 🕺 and express ourselves spontaneously, listening to the body’s and environment’s impulses 🌿. Starting from the rebirth of Spring 🌸, participants will transform from a seed into a flower 🌱➡️🌷, allowing their energy to blossom and express itself through dance.
This event will be even more special 🎉 as we celebrate DJ Junior X's birthday 🎂, along with his incredible presence and the amazing music 🎶 he shares with us, guiding us through every circle 🔄.
