Entre les Échos et le Silence is an evening devoted to the music of Sergei Rachmaninoff for cello and piano—a journey through longing, memory, and quiet transcendence. The program features the luminous Vocalise, the youthful Prelude from Two Pieces, Op. 2, and the monumental Cello Sonata in G minor, Op. 19, one of the great masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire.

Performed by Sandro Sidamonidze, cello, and Gleb Ivanov, piano, this recital explores the profound dialogue between two instruments in music of extraordinary lyricism and emotional depth. Together, they invite listeners into Rachmaninoff’s intimate musical world, where echoes of memory, longing, and hope gradually dissolve into silence.
