"Battle on the River XIII/Mother's Day Classic (Pre-Live)

Thank each of you that participated in our Kickoff Classic and our Basketball Institutes this year. The environment was absolutely electric for GIRLS BASKETBALL !!! We now have 4 Floors for this event, our 13th year of Battle on the River !!!This Event is also in our "Pre-Live" period Series, designed to help teams prepare the Live Period the following week.

RUN IT BACK, LADIES !!!!! This is our "Battle on the River XIII," powered by SSA Lady Hornets Basketball, LLC, and Basketball Institute of Louisiana !!! We will have 4 Floors for GIRLS 3rd-11th Grade with the ability to play 72 Games Daily. This will be a Pool Play, Bracket Play Event, 3 Game Guarantee, 1st Place Trophies, scoring and scheduling by Exposure Events.. We will start the Tournament on Friday evening, play most of the games on Saturday, and try to get everyone out of there, no later than 4:30 p.m... We will start early on Saturday morning, and go until 9 p.m..

BATTLE ON THE RIVER XII RULES SHEET

All Teams need to be at the Gym Thirty (30) Minutes Prior to Game Time

Halftime – 3 Minutes. Warm-Up – 5 Minutes

4th-7th Grade – Two(2) Eleven Minute Halves: 9th-11th Grade – Two (2) 13 Minute Halves

Fouls:

Two Shot at 7 Fouls;

Time Outs: 4 Timeouts per Game – 1 Fulls & Two 30 Second Time Out

Other: 25 Point Lead will result in Running Clock, until it goes back under 15 points Everyone will need to have an Armband for each day, including Coaches. Each team is granted 2 Coaches Wristbands to be given to One Designee.

Game Balls will need to be provided by the Home Team. Warm Up Balls will need to be provided by each team. Only one Coach may Stand and Coach

Home Team will wear the lighter color and is the bottom team on the Exposure Events Schedule. We will be playing under LHSAA High School Rules.
