This is the 2nd annual rice competition for TCTC culinary students only. Join us for a competition rice tasting where senior TCTC Culinary Arts students battle it out to be crowned "Rice Festival Top Chef" - and YOU are the judges! $1 per sample, $5 per take home serving... vote for the most delicious dish. All proceeds benefit the TCTC Culinary Arts Program!, this event is hosted and sponsored by the: Colleton County Rice Festival
