Sims Studios are happy to announce that we will be having "Sip and Paint" aka Painting Parties at Ace Coffee Co in Cave City. This is a wonderful venue that will allow space to paint and give access to refreshments that can be purchased from Ace Coffee Co to satisfy whatever your taste desires.
Younger participants can join in on the fun, but all sign-ups/registrations must be made by a parent or adult if the participant is still in school.
"Barn Quilt" sessions are a special edition to the "Sip and Paints" that Sims Studios and Ace Coffee have offered previously. You will choose the image and the size that you want to create. The barn quilts will be pre-drawn for the participants on wood panels which will be suitable for indoors or outdoors.
The cost of attending a painting party is $95 for a 2' X 2' panel or $115 for a 3' X 3' panel per painter and includes all materials and instruction.
Upon completing this form you will be contacted to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of $50 with the balance being paid at the party of $45 for the 2' X 2' or $65 for the 3' X 3' panel. Spaces will be limited, so it is important to reserve your spot.
You will indicate the size and design that you will be creating in this form. All designs will be created for the participants prior to the session. All reservations must be made no later than 3 days prior to the Barn Quilt session.
Payments can be made by credit card, check or cash. Also, we can take Cash App or Venmo.
Sims Studios will contact you to confirm your spot and set-up payment.
