Each month, Kathryn hosts a free gathering where you’re invited to pause, reflect, and connect through thoughtful conversation about the transitions, decisions, and “next chapters” we all face.
July’s conversation is inspired by a simple but powerful question:
What do you choose to release and be free from? Why?
July is often associated with freedom.
But freedom isn't always about what we've gained.
Sometimes it's about what we've released.
A fear.
An expectation.
An obligation.
A belief that no longer serves us.
A role we've outgrown.
A version of ourselves that no longer fits.
Many of us spend years carrying things we never consciously chose to carry.
Responsibilities.
Assumptions.
Old stories.
Other people's expectations.
And over time, those things can become so familiar that we stop questioning whether they still belong.
Together, we'll explore:
✨ What freedom truly means at this stage of life
✨ The beliefs, expectations, and identities we may have outgrown
✨ Why letting go is often more powerful than adding more
✨ How to recognize what's no longer serving you
✨ What becomes possible when you stop carrying what was never yours to keep
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about creating space for who you're becoming.
