An Afternoon of Wine, Wisdom & Wonder in Santa Barbara, Round Two
About this Event
She's back — and this time, she's brought a remarkable co-host.
Following a sold-out gathering in January, Patricia Greenberg, creator of the It's OK to Be Old movement, returns to Santa Barbara for an intimate afternoon at La Lieff Wines Tasting Room.
This time, she's joined by Gretchen Lieff, founder of La Lieff Wines — Santa Barbara's only women-owned and operated wine label — and editor of Occupy Medicine, the influential book on aging and longevity written by her late father, Dr. Walter Bortz, one of the field's most respected voices on longevity medicine.
Two women, two perspectives, one honest conversation about what it really means to age well — on your own terms.
This gathering is intentionally small. Seating is limited to preserve the kind of real, unhurried conversation that made the first event memorable.
What to expect:
— A candid conversation between Patricia and Gretchen on aging, purpose, and reinvention
— Wine available by the glass from La Lieff Wines
— A closing drawing for a bottle of La Lieff wine
— A room full of people who'd rather talk about getting older than pretend it isn't happening
