Please join us for for an inspiring artist talk by award winning fiber artist Annette Kennedy. Annette has received numerous national awards and has permanent work in the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY. Annette will take you through her process for creating her beautiful pictorial art quilts. During this talk, Annette will show you how she makes a pattern from a photo, and then will explain her raw-edged fusing technique. You’ll also see the effects created by enhancing the image with paint to add visual depth and small details. You won’t want to miss this informative presentation!
