Washington DC Film Society's annual event to celebrate the Oscars returns for the 33rd annual “AND THE WINNER IS…” Oscar Night party - presented LIVE ON THE BIG SCREEN at the Arlington Cinema ‘N’ Drafthouse (2903 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA). Tickets on sale $20, at-door sales at 5:30pm (cash/check only) with Doors Open for Red Carpet pre-show broadcast at 6:00pm with Oscars ceremony starting at 7:00pm (one hour earlier this year!).
ALL PROCEEDS SUPPORT FILMFEST DC, DC Film Society's parent organization (next April 16-26, 2026)
DC-based film critics TIM GORDON and TRAVIS HOPSON return to host, enter the “PREDICT THE WINNERS” contest, we'll again have a small SILENT AUCTION (CASH/CHECK ONLY) and fun film giveaways DOOR PRIZES. Affordable food and drink available for purchase.
SILENT AUCTION will include theatre, event & film tickets/passes, and movie items to be announced (CASH OR CHECK ONLY FOR AUCTION ITEMS).
