Join us for a very special evening celebrating the flavors of Piedmont, Italy.An Evening in Piedmont, Italy is a fundraising dinner benefitting the NEW Culinary Arts Study Abroad Scholarship at Saint Paul College.

Four-course seated dinner with wine or non-alcoholic craft cocktail pairings
$125 per person
Saint Paul College faculty and students will partner with the Marco Polo Institute, Guest Chef Gino Minacapilli, and culinary arts students from AFP Colline Astigiane in Asti to create a beautiful four-course menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Piedmont.
This special evening supports student access to international culinary education while bringing together chefs, students, and community around exceptional food and wine.
