"A Walk Through Time" Fitchburg's Rock Walk - Video Documentary Premiere!

Join us for an exciting evening as we travel back in time and experience Fitchburg's rich history along the "Rock Walk!" This screening of a 90-minute video documentary is filled with historic visual images depicting the past and will change the way you see Fitchburg. Local Historian Peter Capodagli curates an engaging and informative walk from the iconic landmark "The Boulder" in Fitchburg's Upper Common through the hills of the former Rollstone Quarry. Don't miss this unique opportunity to peel back the layers of Fitchburg's past in this new visual experience of the local favorite hike.

The screening of "A Walk Through Time" Fitchburg's Rock Walk will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2025 (Snow Date of Friday, January 24, 2025) and will be shown in the Ellis White Lecture Hall within the Hammond Hall building on the campus of Fitchburg State University. The program begins at 6:30pm with doors opening at 6pm. Following the video presentation, Peter Capodagli will offer attendees the chance for a Question & Answer session.

Tickets are FREE, but are REQUIRED for entry to the event. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. The venue is handicaped accessible and public restrooms are available. No food or beverages will be served, but water bubblers are available within Hammond Hall.

FREE Parking is available along the North Street parking lot(s). Please look for the "Event Parking" signs for exact parking lots to use. View the attached map for more details on the location of parking in proximity to the venue. These parking lots are located across the street from Hammond Hall, the welcome center of Fitchburg State University.
