As we develop these skills of intention and attention, possibilities of wellbeing open up. A wellbeing that includes the personal and relational aspects of our lives, a cultivation of peacefulness that is inclusive as it is radiant, a gift to ourselves and to the world.
This day with Zohar Lavie will include silent and guided meditation, teachings, meditation instruction and time for discussion. The day will be held in silence.
