The National Hand Dance Association and the DC Library Foundation present a community celebration in honor of DC Hand Dance Legend, "Dancin' Tony". The program features a screening of a documentary short "Dancin' Tony: A Dancing Legend", a panel discussion with guest panelists, a tribute poem and tribute dance by Randi Payton, ending with a "Dancin' Tony Dance Party". FREE

5th Floor Library. Disabled patrons enter on the 4th floor for special entrance and seating.
