" W.E. W.I.N." Women Symposium 2026
About this Event
The Democratic Women of Shelby County presents,
“W.E. W.I.N.” Women Embodying Wellness Initiative Networks
You are invited to an inspiring and transformative Women’s Wellness Symposium created to bring women together for meaningful conversation, practical resources, connection, and empowerment. Wellness is more than how we feel—it is how we live, connect, grow, and prepare for the future. Let's focus on our Emotional, Social, Perimemopausal, Occupational and Phyiscal wellness.
“W.E. W.I.N." is an opportunity to pause and intentionally focus on the many dimensions of our well-being. Together, we will explore what it means for women to become stronger advocates for their health, create healthier lifestyles, build supportive relationships, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate every season of life. This symposium is designed for women of all ages and stages who are ready to become more intentional about their wellness—not only for themselves, but for their families, communities, and future generations. Whether you are beginning a new wellness journey, navigating a life transition, seeking answers, supporting another woman, or simply looking for an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, there is a place for you in this conversation. Bring your questions. Bring your experiences. Bring another woman. And most importantly—bring your commitment to becoming an active participant in your own well-being.
