About this Event
Chacana the conscious community of holistic wellness and immersive experiences, is pleased to announce an Ancestral Andean Earth Meditation, to tune into the transformative energies of Autumn.
Autumn is a season of introspection, transition and renewal. In Andean tradition, it is a time to honor Pachamama, giving thanks for the harvests and preparing for the months ahead. The Ancestral Andean Earth Meditation, guided by a Misyoq - a guardian of ancestral wisdom - will allow participants to ground themselves, release stagnant energies and renew their connection to the earth.
🪴 The Power of EARTH:
The connection with the Earth is fundamental to the Andean Cosmovision because it represents the sacred relationship between human beings and the natural environment. In Andean cultures, Earth is considered a living being, Pachamama, which is the Earth, giver of life and sustenance. This interrelationship goes beyond the physical, implying a spiritual and energetic balance that affects all aspects of life.
✨Participants will learn traditional Andean techniques that include conscious breathing, body movements and visualizations connected to the earth, accompanied by the energy of sacred stones and the blessing of the Apus.
