Ancient Tides is an invitation to gather where the sea meets the shore ~ reconnecting with the ancient rhythm of the tides, the elements and one another.

As the evening light begins to soften over Marske Beach, we'll gently weave together movement, breath, sound and ceremony, creating space to honour the sea, embrace the changing tide and experience the quiet magic of gathering outdoors.
Whether you come alone or with friends, you'll be warmly welcomed into a relaxed community where there is no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Rootwing gatherings are open to everyone ~ whether you're completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years.
What to expect

What to bring
✿ A towel/ mat for practicing
✿ A blanket for warmth and comfort after sunset
✿ A water bottle
✿ Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
✿ You're warmly encouraged to wear something inspired by the sea your connection to what ‘ancient’ means to you, a colour/ feeling/ item! But remember something practical for yoga i.e.- leggings/ shorts if you wear a dress/ etc.
Please note this is an outdoor gathering, so we recommend bringing warm layers as the evening cools.
