In the Ajivali sacred grove, lush green ferns unfurl beneath towering ancient trees, their branches reaching skyward as if whispering ancient secrets to the vibrant wildlife that call this sanctuary home. Hike through the forest and hear melodic songs blending with the gentle rustling of leaves and the soothing trickle of hidden streams.
Whats the Plan?
Our private bus will do the pickup from:
5:00 am Rivers and Ridges
5:30 am Restaurant Blue Nile
6:30 am Exit from Pune
(Pick up points on the way)
Please check with us for locating a pick up point on the bus exit route (Exit Via Hinjewadi) Have breakfast on the way around 8:00 am
The Trek:
We’ll reach our trekking point, Ajivali village just before the sacred grove and that’s where our trek begins.
Trek duration: 3 to 4 hours.
Lunch will be served at the base village
Evening tea and snacks at 4 pm on our way back to Pune
Reach Pune between 7:30 to 8:30 pm.
Things to look forward to:
• A well preserved forest away from the crowded Devkund or Andharban routes.
• A completely off the grid location with no other tourists
• Witness the magical change the monsoon brings to the geography of the Western ghats.
• Experience immense natural beauty; enjoy waterfalls which you can get under and swim in the pool and streams you can cross under our supervision and safety instructions.
• A breakthrough for those who are yet to experience something like an all day monsoon trek.
Trip facilities:
• Travel and toll: Pick up and drop off from our selected pick up points.
• Breakfast, Lunch and hi-tea with snacks.
• Mineral water for drinking throughout the trip.
• Tour guides and camp leaders all along the trip.
Medical assistance if required.
• Campsite has changing rooms and basic washrooms.
Trip excludes:
Dinner
Personal expenses (beverages and snacks)
Personal medication
Foods purchased along the road journey
Anything else not mentioned in the ‘Trip facilities’.
Things to carry:
1) Trekking bag for all your belongings and one small day pack (optional) to carry during the trek
2) Plastic bag to cover your electronic gadgets
3) Please wear light colored clothing pref. dry fit clothes with one spare set to change into after the trek
4) Good hiking shoes, optional pair of slippers or flip-flops.

IMPORTANT:
Mandatory disclaimer form must be signed by every participant.
We will be having a late lunch, please carry snacks to munch on during the trek.
You do not have to carry your trekking bag all along the way. You can leave it back in the bus safely during the trek.
Please take care of all your belongings.
Notify us immediately in case of any medical emergency.
Anyone found under the influence of drugs or narcotics will be requested to leave the trip immediately, without any refund.
Adventure camping and outdoor sports/ recreation is purely for nature lovers and not for party groups; we respect nature and do our best to spread the awareness about wilderness preservation.
We like to keep the wildlife wild, please do not litter the forest/ sanctuary and the campsite.
