Ancient Celtic Breathwork Porto
About this Event
The Autumn Equinox approaches.
The last turn of the Wheel of the Year before entering the dark half of the year
September see's the leaves glow a magical orange, yellow & red.
Thing's start to slow down.
Our ancestors would have spent this time harvesting their hard work for the year.
And taking stock of what they had for winter, and what they needed to get rid of..
We will honor our ancestors with a guided ceremony to breathe, move, and step into this new season.
This journey invites you deeper into this seasonal shift.
A space to release what's no longer serving you, honor the effort behind your harvest, and call in what you want to carry forward into the darker half of the year.
Through breath, movement, and gentle guided intention, you'll align with the energy of the season with a grounded, safe, and supported journey.
This experience will be held in English. I hope one day to do it in Portuguese though!

About Your Facilitator: Tom Woods
Tom Woods is a certified breathwork facilitator and trauma-informed somatic coach. As well as a kriya yogi initiated through the Isha lineage.
During his travels abroad, Tom felt a strong pull to reconnect with his ancestors, as well as ancient Irish & Celtic culture. Through felt experience, he learned that the indigenous Celtic spirituality has strong ties with indigenous cultures all around the world. His life mission has become retrieving and celebrating our lost ancestral wisdom that has been largely forgotten through colonization.
We are all indigenous from somewhere, and far enough back, all of our religion was the same. Nature + spirit = Animism. Animism is the belief that spirit is in everything and is always in communication with us. Learning to listen reawakens our inherent magic!
Tom is committed to the integral blending of these worlds together with somatics, breathwork & conscious business coaching, advocating for transformation, and bringing dreams to life!
